The food and catering department has created this online and continuously developing web based resource which includes a wide range of tried and tested recipes that students can access from any computer in school or from home.
Students following the schemes of work in school can download the recipe for the following week to practise if they wish at home.
Other recipes are suitable for GCSE students for assessed assignment use or leisure.
