UK Cash Free Catering The College operates a cash free catering service which has dramatically speeded up payment for food, reduced the queues and therefore increased the time students have to enjoy their break. An account will be set up for your Child upon enrolment at the College. Ways to top up lunch accounts Parentpay The school uses a service called ParentPay® which enables parents to pay for their child’s lunch online. ParentPay offers you the freedom to make payments whenever and wherever you like 24-7, safe in the knowledge that the technology used is the highest internet security available. Your family will have a secure online account, which can be accessed with a unique user ID and password. It is a convenient on line method of paying for your child’s lunch, simply visit www.parentpay.co.uk and follow the on screen instructions. Crocker – Finance Officer Cheques Cheques made payable to Cambridgeshire County Council and handed in to the Finance Office Paypoint Cards Paypoint cards are available for those who do not have bank accounts. Please contact the finance office if you require one of the cards. Free School Meals Students who are entitled to Free School Meals will automatically have £2.10 added to their account on a daily basis. Parents who wish to add to this amount are able to do so via one of the methods above. The Free School Meal ‘purse’ will be used up before the personal top up funds are used, ensuring that the full entitlement is always received. Daily Spend Limit A default daily spend limit of £5.00 will be set to each account. If you wish to raise or lower this limit, please state your preferred limit on the enclosed form. Would you like to know exactly what your child is eating? From September, half termly audit reports will be available via email, (with your child’s permission), setting out precisely what your child is eating on a daily basis.
